The song is a comic-book representation of a clash between The Man (Big Pharma principally) and a fictitious character called "Antibiotic Man". It also reflects the dread of disease, the plague and it's consequences.
What is striking is that despite being written and recorded before the Covid crises, the coincidence is quite a fitting description of the upheaval caused by the virus and the challenges incurred.
